Dear potential tenant,

Thank you for your interest in renting an apartment from us. My family has owned and operated the building since it was first built in 1986. Currently, we live in one of the six units and rent out the other five units. The current atmosphere is very quiet. The building is both our home and our business. The neighborhood is also very quiet and tranquil consisting of mostly owner-occupied homes and a few apartment buildings. The location of the building is less than a mile away from the 405 for easy freeway access. Both the South Bay Galleria & the Manhattan Village Mall are less than a 5 minute drive away. I use the following criteria to select a tenant based upon the number of rental applications received. (The order of importance decreases down the list)

• NO PRIOR EVICTIONS – DON’T EVEN BOTHER APPLYING IF YOU’VE BEEN PREVIOUSLY EVICTED.
• Good credit
• Financial ability to pay the rent
• Length of employment

After reading the sheet, if you are interested in applying for the apartment, download and fill out the (2) Rental Application and the (3) Consent to Background & Reference Check. Email me to arrange an appointment to view the apartment. Please bring the completed rental forms as well as the credit check fee with you to the appointment.
